[OSM-talk] Proposal to run an automated bot edit that will remove tracking parameters

Previous (and this one) included explicit
"This edit will be done once. Next run will require a separate permission."
Also, this time list of removed parameters is much longer.
Though next time I will maybe propose open-ended task,
repeated with also allowing me to add more removed
parameters.
