Have you looked at block messages explaining
why they were blocked?
 
In general, if I had problem with DWG itwas lack of blocks and revertsin some cases (though in general I am very happy withthem, especially thanks for a 
revert of massive  undiscussed import in Polandon 2020/2021 New Year).

If you think that blocking people forpersistent, repeated, damaging, unwantedand forbidden actions is somedamaging action that I simply disagree with you.

Refusal to communicate
or copyright violations or undiscussedmechanical edits is a valid reason for block.
It is worse than being provably wrong.
Your claims are again unverifiable, unclear,
and probably also based on misunderstanding.
