yes, and only those.

of course, fixed bad copy/past, thanks.

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:kerb advice that >3cm is raised.
if that does not make concensus, I will limit myself to sloped_curb=0.04
-> kerb:height=4 cm without kerb=* for these 12 objects.
I don't think that a mass edition is the right framework to discuss the
existing criterion, the information "4 cm" will remain accessible if a
discussion on a change of limit takes place

not within the scope of this mechanical operation because depending on
the case it has to be added or not (for example highway=crossing is not
a barrier=kerb, a highway=footpath is not in itself a barrier=kerb
I will manually pass before and after on many objects, but I strongly
separate the automatic (which must be as simple as possible) from the manual

because it's in the current iD rule without any complain :)
https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/sloped_curb#projects
https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues?q=sloped_curb
if that does not make concensus, what's a better automated fix ?
kerb=yes ?

> or kerb=raise

a sloped_curb=yes couldn't be a kerb=raised

not any value precisely, it represents a kerb among the different
possible cases (image taken from the kerb page)
