Oh, yes, I'm aware of that. I'm using audio/video notes in OsmAnd quite 
extensively. Typing a note is usually too slow and inflexible to be 
practical during a survey.

What I was asking about was hand-written notes - just open a map and 
start scribbling/drawing.
