I want to thank them for making useful contributions. For example
a forwarded anonymous report[1] triggered quite important edit.
It resulted on removal from OSM data a nonexisting pedestrian tunnel under railway.

(It was added due to mix of removal of level crossing, outdated cycleway route,
low quality of aerial image and unfortunately placed culvert that seemed
to be an entrance to a pedestrian tunnel. With new aerial and the note
triggering recheck it ended removed).

mapy.cz representative also properly documented their activity at
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Organised_Editing/Activities/Mapycz
And when something was substandard (missing info at OSM user pages of their
employees) they quickly responded to the mail and fixed the problem[2].
I think it was fastest time from report to resolving issue for any company
that I ever contacted.

Overall, forwarded notes from their users are quite useful and allowed also
to detect other outdated or poorly tagged data in Poland.

Large part is fixable remotely or by mappers who remember survey that
happened some time ago.

Bonus thanks to Pascal Neis for highly useful note overview tools.
Without them processing of notes in general would not work so well.
You can see them at https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-notes

https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-notes-country?c=Poland for
country specific view, view of last 10 000 open issues in a given
country is also useful
