For detection - is it something detectable already by Osmose? ( http://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/ <http://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/en/map/#zoom=12&lat=50.2871&lon=19.1488&item=xxxx&level=1&tags=&fixable=> )
If it is not available in their checks - it seems like a good candidate for adding to that QA tool.
