Hotspots:
* Tanzania - organised mass edit / import by Facebook AI team:
#mapwithai #Tanzania

Request for QA improvements send with list of accounts under import
Tanzania send to FB team leader Adiatma IRM-RV. Adiatma replied and
anticipated very prompt, thank you for that. Even helped us to identify
the major cause of the use of the road=* key in Indonesia and taken
action with comments.
* Sri Lanka. A significant contribution to the spike detected in
Sri-Lanka. All changesets carry the #Geoedge hashtag. Number of users
accounts using this hashtag: 7, under which some carry similar names,
all registered new users Aug to Oct 2020. All changesets in a period
between 30-09-2020 and 25-10-2020. No Organised Mass Edit info on our
wiki, although they have been doing it for around 2500 changesets within
2 months (sofar detected). Left comments on most changesets and request
for info on the hashtag which could refer to the Sri Lankan Geoedge
company (https://geoedgemaps.com/ <https://geoedgemaps.com/>) that uses
OSM data and provides Mapbox similar services. Activity from all users
stops beginning of December 2020.
A request for info has been send to the Sri-Lankan community.
* Still investigating and looking at other hotspots mostly
geographically Europe, Indian / Chinese border and Nepal.
* About 20% of issues historical QA issues resolved, spread worldwide
