Good morning,
In this documentary in French language
https://www.arte.tv/fr/videos/097512-002-A/bonnes-nouvelles-de-la-planete/
, at 5:35, it is described and shown as a logging company in Congo,
Africa, is mapping every single tree in a large forest.
This company is doing a responsible logging, i.e. cutting only
particular trees in places where density allows it, and its forest
engineers watch it with the help of their map. Every cut tree is being
marked with an unique number for traceability.
Best regards,
O.
