[OSM-talk] OpenRailwayMap Electrification Status vs tag electrification=no

Not sure if there is an implicit value for sidewalk for different highway types, but if there is not and certainly if the 100 km road is not a major one (in Germany 100 km/h is default outside towns), then it would not be a bad addition.
