[OSM-talk] Ukraine - how one may help

Hello Mateusz and all,

Unfortunately I can't read Polish so trying to follow the forum has not
generated much information for me. I would kindly ask, if there is
something HOT can help with, please loop us in via email to
disasterservices at hotosm.org

I could envision creating project(s) to complete the border area road
network quickly using RapiD which has AI generated roads from 2019-12-30.
As we know, it's not perfect but could be better than just asking the crowd
to fill in roads manually.

Of course open to other suggestions and most importantly don't want to do
anything the local community would not condone.
