That is not a good idea, for start there are some border-control roads.

RapiD is also in my experience in Poland offering suggestions of really low
quality, worse that complete beginner to OSM would be.

In general RapiD everywhere requires human review.

Though mapping of roads in Poland based on careful use 
of Geoportal.gov.pl imagery (and other imagery in rare cases where other imagery is 
newer, though geoportal.gov.pl is still optimal and gold source of alignment)

And value from adding roads is lower than adding fake border crossing that is not
existing or adding minor/dangerous road as accessible.

Usual careful, high-quality mapping would be useful.

Note: mapping in Ukraine should be consulted with community there.

Adding latest news about destroyed bridges may be more helpful for invading
Russians who may monitor various sources for info collected by people.
