https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mailing_lists page

Maybe directing it to 
https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Moderation_team_for_talk_and_osmf-talk_mailing_lists
would be better?

Also, https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Moderation_team_for_talk_and_osmf-talk_mailing_lists
is missing info how they can be actually contacted.
