# "Moderators" link

Maybe directing it to

I do agree that in cases like this a link to the page
https://wiki.osmfoundation
.org/wiki/Moderation_team_for_talk_and_osmf-talk_mailing_lists
would make more sense - that's why I initially [1] pointed the fixed
"moderators" link to that
page.

However,
* the approved etiquette text on the OSM wiki [2] was linking to the
mailing lists page [3]
* the etiquette is supposed to apply to all osmf-hosted communication
channels, not just
to talk@ and osmf-talk@ (that's why it was probably linking to the mailing
list page in the
first place).

# Contacting the moderators of talk@ and osmf-talk@

Also,

For the time being I added a contact section [4], mentioning the mailing
list "owner" addresses,
as all moderators see the emails sent there. The moderators have been
notified about this.

In the future, it might make sense to have dedicated group email addresses
for the moderators of
the two mailing lists, to have clearer separation from the mailing list
admins and to spare their inboxes.

warm greetings,
Dorothea
