[OSM-talk] Anomaly in OSM node IDs?

The app is using
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/API_v0.6#Create:_PUT_/api/0.6/[node|way|relation]/create
to create the node(s) JOSM, iD etc use the diff upload mechanism, so it
could quite be that there is something going wrong. Note however that
the talk list is the totally wrong place for this,it should either be an
issue in the rails port repo, or on the dev mailing list.
