If the procedure in such a case is similar to a complaint from our
community about the way the main map style is managed, I think it will do
more harm than good.

If only because of the time it takes to investigate such a complaint.

If we want to implement such rules, we need to keep in mind the costs and
consequences of doing so, and the problems with enforcing them
