Discussing the work of other mappers is a fundamental part of our 
community QA process. Obviously trying to limit that would be harmful to 
the goals of the project as a whole and hence linking to changesets is 
of course fine. I don't think that this requires a reply from the 
moderation team - if their reply were "uh you can't do that" then they 
would need to be replaced immediately for incompetence ;)
