Mateusz,
You pose two questions, whether the examples you offer might be bannable
offenses, and whether expressing offensive opinions in other fora could
result in a ban.
As to the first question, it would depend on whether another member of
the community took offense to any of these statements and complained to
the moderators, or whether the statements cross the line into
"aggressive or abusive behaviour". In the latter case, the moderators
are specifically charged by the Foundation with "calm[ing] down" or
"block[ing]" such community members, proactively.[1] My suggestion to
you, and to everyone, is that before posting something, you reflect on
whether your comment will unduly offend somebody else in the community
as well as whether the language you choose will achieve your goal
(making a point and persuading the rest of community to your point of
view) or merely evoke negative reactions.
Further to the first question, permanent banning is an extreme act and
is the final penalty after all other efforts to curb bad behaviour have
been exhausted. The Etiquette Guidelines make this clear:

In other words, if somebody gets banned, that somebody will have had
ample warning that the behaviour is offensive and needs to be changed.
As to the second question, the moderators are specifically charged with
moderating discourse on the talk and osmf-talk lists. The moderators
have no charge to deal with discourse in other fora. That said, I might
remind you that abusive or aggressive rhetoric rarely accomplishes
anything other than evoking negative emotions that are not conducive to
engendering support for your point of view. In short, watch your tongue
(keyboard) and think twice before posting something that others will
likely find insulting or offensive. The community will function better
if rancor is avoided.
