Well I would expect a company like that to overlay the locations
from their own database anyway rather than trusting that ours are
up to date.

I mean our might actually be more accurate but the company will no
doubt think theirs is more accurate even if it isn't and hence want
to make sure they use it.

A major user like that where the map is a key feature probably wants
to be doing their own style/rendering anyway, or contracting somebody
to provide one.
