[OSM-talk] Could I globally replace [building:level] with [building:levels] ?

Last year I changed color to colour globally and despite the protests
against my lack of care for the guidelines, the changes seem to have made a
positive impact.

That said, I agree that we shouldn't blindly edit the tail of unlikely
building:level values in the same way. With some regex in the Overpass
query these values can easily be excluded from the proposed mechanical edit.
