  If so and "driveway2" was added manually, then "driveway2" means
"checked, no value fits".
  It has a very different meaning than no service tag at all. Anybody
doing a proper process of adding service classification will need some
value to distinguish checked objects from unchecked ones.
  Therefore removing it will be removing work. If "2" is causing
trouble here, value could be changed to say "other".
