I agree that ervice=driveway2 is a bad tag and remove it improve the 
quality of the database
some preferred manual processing to add the right values.
suggestion: give them some time to do it (reading them, it's fast, one 
week?)
and after that, the remaining occurrences will be deleted.
but in practice we know that those who want to do it "all by hand"
have only 24 hours in a day
