This is not a case of a mistake creeping in organically. It's a 
deliberate, ongoing effort to circumvent this project's norms. An 
inordinate amount of time has already been spent countering it. We don't 
bat an eye when a mechanical edit undoes other kinds of disruptive 
editing, such as vandalism.

MapRoulette would only be appropriate if the tag's proponent has stopped 
using it and committed to leaving alone any service roads more 
rigorously tagged by other users. Otherwise, drawing MapRoulette into a 
potential edit war would not be a good use of anyone's time.
