[OSM-talk] Proposed bulk removal of service=driveway2

I would tend to agree.  10,000 is not unmanageable with even overpass and
bringing them into JOSM.

I must confess in some circumstances zapping problems with mechanical edits
is tempting.  One candidate might be to remove area=yes on a way marked
building=yes but not in this case.
