[OSM-talk] Dispute over note closure

I tend to use the 'comment' tag. I use it to pass thoughts, ideas on to
others who are mapping there.
Both tags of 'note' and 'fixme' tend to attract people out to 'fix
things' rather than those with a real interest in the area. Hummm ..
having said that I do tend to 'fix things' using OSMInspector so I
cannot claim too high a moral ground.
