[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] [Import OSM data ERROR]prepared statement "get_node_list" does not exist (#68)

Tried to import OSM data into local postgresql database. Excuted 
./osm2pgsql -S default.style --slim -d gis -C 2048 --number-processes=1 --cache-strategy=dense japan-latest.osm.bz2

It went well at the first but was broke with an error after 1hr or so. I'm not sure if this is a bug due to my computer environment or something else. Just report it here, hoping someone can shed a light on this. 

And the logcat goes like:

OS - Ubuntu 12.04
Disk - 40GB
RAM - 2GB
PostgreSQL - postgresql-9.1-postgis, postgresql-contrib-9.1
