[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] [Import OSM data ERROR]prepared statement "get_node_list" does not exist (#68)

There appear to be two issues here.

1) get_node_list was not correctly set up since 453cbd043058b7c9. If all nodes are cached, this doesn't matter. This issue should now be fixed.
2) --cache-strategy=dense appears to be broken. At least it fails the geometry tests. I still need to investigate this issue.

I am not sure if --cache-strategy=dense is the best idea if you are only importing Japan.  Unless you have a good reason to (mostly 32 bit VM related) you should probably not cange the cache strategy.
