[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] delete_node failed: ERROR: prepared statement "delete_node" does not exist (#100)

The previous issue was mostly due to usage of osm2pgsql outside of its intended use.

What command line parameters are you using and what kind of file are you trying to load?
