[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] delete_node failed: ERROR: prepared statement "delete_node" does not exist (#100)

osm2pgsql -c -j --slim -d osm -U gisuser -W -H localhost -P 5432 file.osm

We were using osm2pgsql to import data generated by Cat2Osm2 which is a tool for exporting Spanish Cadastre Data to OSM format. Cat2Osm2 file format was made following what we found on OSM wiki and looking at JOSM exported OSM files. The elements are not ordered (there could be node declarations, then some ways and then again some other node declarations), but the nodes a way needs and ways a relation needs are always declared before their 'parent' element.
