[Tile-serving] [mod_tile] Compiling with Mapnik 2.3.x (#55)

I'll add: mod_tile against Mapnik master (3.x) should work fine. The compile error you hit is likely because of a bug in mod_tiles' configure step. Either `mapnik-config --cflags` needs to be used or `mapnik-config --includes --defines` otherwise the critical `-std=c++11` flag will be missed.
