[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Erase flat-nodes file with --drop (#97)

When importing with `--slim --drop --flat-nodes` a ~20GB flat nodes file remains after import. This file is the equivalent of the slim nodes table, which is truncated with drop. osm2pgsql should erase the flat nodes file to free up space when it is finished with it when `--drop` is used.
