[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] pg data type of osm_timestamp colum is text but not timestamp(0) (#168)

Ok, this was a sloppy investigation on my side - if i use a line like:
"node,way  osm_timestamp timestamp(0)"
in the style i get the timestamp as a correct (postgre)sql value.
but this seems not to work if i use pbf input data - i'll open a separate issue on this.
