[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Import 'Killed' twice now while 'Going over pending ways...' (#218)

I tried this again and after 3 days of running, it hit the same issue.

I'm downloading the PBF file now. I'll give --flat-nodes a try too.

How is the overcommit working? Should I be telling it to use less than 20 GB of RAM for the caching? Will that help to avoid the OOM issue?
