[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Import 'Killed' twice now while 'Going over pending ways...' (#218)

Everything default as far as I know for Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS. I am using http://switch2osm.org/serving-tiles/building-a-tile-server-from-packages/ as the guide and trying to streamline a reproducible installation path that can be documented and repeated. So I haven't touched Postgres at all.
