[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Crash when updating with more than one thread (#229)

./osm2pgsql -d osm2pgsql_test -S default.style --number-processes 4 --slim --create tests/liechtenstein-2013-08-03.osm.pbf
./osm2pgsql -d osm2pgsql_test -S default.style --number-processes 4 --slim --append tests/000466354.osc.gz
```
works. I've tried all the options but flat-nodes, and will check that, but my guess is it's there.
