[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Crash when updating with more than one thread (#229)

I can reproduce it, but only intermittently.
```
./osm2pgsql -d osm2pgsql_test -S default.style --number-processes 4 --slim -e15:15 --hstore -o tile.out --flat-nodes flat.nodes --create tests/liechtenstein-2013-08-03.osm.pbf && \
./osm2pgsql -d osm2pgsql_test -S default.style --number-processes 4 --slim -e15:15 --hstore -o tile.out --flat-nodes flat.nodes --append tests/000466354.osc.gz
```
