[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Remove phstore flag from style and replace ist by a generic hstore flag (#164)

Is there any documentation how unit tests are supposed to work? I can only find a regression test file script in the source. Are you using pg_virtualenv? As I said, I already have a style file and artificial hand-crafted osm file for testing my patch.
