[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Can't import latest planet.pbf (#241)

Hi pnorman,

Thanks for fast reply !

I can't provide git describe, i have downloaded and compilated version 0.87.0 on : 
`https://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql/releases`
`https://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql/releases/tag/0.87.0`

It's my first try to import full planet.

I'm retring to import without "-z" and "-u" with the same planet.pbf
If this does not work, what do you recommend?
Re-try import with an old planet.pbf files?
