[Tile-serving] [mod_tile] OS X Support (#68)

When did it last work? There haven't been a lot of changes to mod_tile recently, so I am a little surprised that things break. Has your compilation environment in Mac OSX changed?

It should be fairly straightforward to add those includes through the configure script which then pulls them in through config.h
