[Tile-serving] [mod_tile] OS X Support (#68)

Not sure about the `store.h`, but the `gen_tile_test.cpp` worked when I added it (https://github.com/openstreetmap/mod_tile/commit/cf68607407a1eadf51cdd0f6946b265c71cf7de1) but not after improvements to test threaded rendering. I think the libtool issues may be just related to OS X 10.9 which came out in June 2012.
