[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Geometric column for relations (#116)

With osm2pgsql all relations are imported to the 'planet_osm_rels' table. That's great, but the table misses a 'way' column, therefore a search for all relations in a bounding box would necessarily include all relations in the planet.

Is there any documentation how to achieve this? In my particular case I'm interested in relations of type=bridge, but it could be needed for e.g. type=restriction too.
