[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] --flat-nodes fails using 64 bit Windows builds (#119)

How big is the flatnode file it creates? In your other ticket you mentioned something about 15GB. It should be bigger, close to 20GB by now. Do you know if your filesystem supports such large files?

Btw, if you aren't importing the full planet, then you should probably not be using flatnodes, as it is an optimisation designed for full planet import and for imports less than roughly half the planet size it is a net negative to use this.
