[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] null value in column "pending" violates not-null constraint (#293)

it sounds as if you had imported the data with 0.86.0 or earlier and since then the middle schema has slightly changed. The pending column is no longer used. This column can be dropped safely. even under old versions the column was only used while it was running.
