[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] null value in column "pending" violates not-null constraint (#293)

@pnorman you are right, the data was imported using  osm2pgsql 0.86.0. I've dropped the column as you suggested and started the command again. Once its finished I'll post here if I have a solution :)
