[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Bus Error in wkb.hpp (#806)

I had similar issues with Overpass API on ARM (Raspberry Pi 2) (see [wiki](http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:Mmd/Overpass_API/Raspberry)) due to unaligned memory accesses. Some optimization levels like -O2 or -O3 may generate instructions that fail during runtime.
