[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Schema and/or UML illustrations (#671)

The schema of the pgsql backend is defined as in [docs/pgsql.md](https://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql/blob/master/docs/pgsql.md#database-layout), with the columns defined in https://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql/blob/master/default.style. Given that there are **no** foreign keys, primary keys on rendering tables, unique or check constraints, or other relationships you typically use UML diagrams to visualize, I don't see why one would add any value.
