[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] failure to make mod_tile mapbox has not been declared - geometry in namespace mapbox does name a type (#177)

ok I've made a small amount of progress.
turns out theres a mapnik variant.hpp and a mapbox.http.

the problem now is 
/usr/include/mapnik/geometry/point.hpp error: 'geometry' in namespace 'mapbox' does not name a type
