[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] failure to make mod_tile mapbox has not been declared (#177)

Hi

struggling to make mod_tile
I am following https://www.keisan.io/knowledgebase/centos-7-open-street-map-tile-server 
this guide. I have moved all the mapbox includes into the /usr/local/include
I have also added the mapbox dependancies found into /usr/local/include/mapbox

I can't copy the error due to work limitations. but this is what I get 

**in file included from /usr/include/mapnik/params.hpp
                         from /usr/include/mapnilk/map.hpp
                         from src/gen_tile.cpp
/usr/include/mapnik/util/variant.hpp:32:36 error 'mapbox' has not been declared
using recursive_wrapper = typename mapbox::util::recursive_wrapper<T>**

I get a a pile of errors after that as well

any help is much appreciated
