(One year later...)

I was rechecking this code again and I noticed that yes, indeed, the file is not removed, so I have two questions:

* Would you say that, given that the `--drop` option removes the tables needed for update, it could also remove the flat file?
* I don't seem to find the definition of `node_persistent_cache.reset()`, which I think is the right function to implement such a thing.
