e01ce4b  Drop slim mode tables just after finishing processing pending ways and relations, freeing space for clustering and indexing.
61d6be7  Merge branch 'master' into 611.
eead9a9  Also remove the flat node file when in --drop mode and we're done with it.
d5c9310  Finally, release the persistent cache, so the file get unmmap'ed.
7523c99  Merge branch '611' of github.com:StyXman/osm2pgsql into 611.
