[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Osm2pgsql filed due to EFROR: Index file has wrong size: (must be multiple of 8) (#858)

Hi,
Can you please help me understand this issue? 
I can't fine no any result in Google with this error message.

I have downloaded planet.pbf, and want to instal to the database according dovumentation, in screenshot you can see the command i have executed.

My machine parameters is 6 core, 32 GB of ram, 1TB of disc.
Postgis version is 2.2
Postgresql version is 9.5


Postgresql.conf tunned with this parameters

shared_buffers (2GB)
maintenance_work_mem (10GB)
work_mem (50MB)
effective_cache_size (24GB)
synchronous_commit = off
checkpoint_timeout = 10min
checkpoint_completion_target = 0.9
